1. What is KwikPick?

The KwikPick app lets you order online and pick up your groceries or favorite food when you’re ready. Our app lets you pick up your groceries or your favorite food with no lines and no wait. Allows customers to create an online account through which they place an order and pay online, choose a time and have their groceries or food waiting for them at their favorite store or restaurant.

2. Can I make changes to my KwikPick order?

Sure! If your pick up or delivery time is more than 30 minutes away, you can cancel your order through the order cancellation link found on the order tracking screen of your KwikPick app. Then, simply place a new order that includes any changes you’d like to make.

3. How can I cancel my KwikPick order?

If you received an emailed receipt and your order pick-up time is more than 30 minutes away, you can cancel your KwikPick order using the order cancellation link found on the order tracking screen of your KwikPick app.

4. How can I make changes on my KwikPick ASAP?

While your existing order cannot be modified, you can call the grocery store or restaurant where you’ll be picking up your KwikPick order and ask to speak with the manager to have your order cancelled. You can then place a new order with your desired changes.

5. Will I receive a confirmation email when my KwikPick order is cancelled?

If you’ve cancelled your order through the cancellation link on your order tracking screen, you will immediately receive an order cancellation confirmation email.

6. I placed my KwikPick order – what’s next?

You’ve already placed and paid for your order. Now simply stop by the grocery store or restaurant and pick your order up after receiving the “Ready for Pickup” notification on your mobile.

7. Can I pay with cash when ordering through KwikPick?

KwikPick orders must be paid for in advance with a credit card. If you prefer to pay with cash, though, simply place your order in person at your local grocery store or restaurant.

8. Can I pay for my KwikPick order when I arrive at the store or restaurant?

Payment is required to submit a KwikPick order to your grocery store or restaurant of choice. With KwikPick, there’s no need to wait in line to pay at the register — simply walk up to the store or restaurant after receiving the “Ready for Pickup” notification on your mobile, pick it up and go!

9. I am having trouble getting into my account, how do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it on the sign in screen. If you’re still having trouble after resetting your password, please email us at support@kwikpick.app and we’ll get right back to you.
